Weigh In Wednesday!

Okay so I know it's Thursday BUT I'm going to start posting the results of my weekly weigh in. Let me give you the deets of what I've been up to.

I've been holding onto the last 10 pounds of pregnancy weight and I'm sick of it. In addition to losing the 10 pounds I want to lose an additional 20-25 pounds! So this is what I've been doing to make that happen.

1. I started working out at LA Fitness again, I have a love hate relationship with them. They are like 2 minutes away from my house and I simply can't beat the convenience factor. Plus, now that I'm a mommy I use their Kids Club (babysitting). It's only $10 bucks a month and this gives me absolutely no excuse not to go (except when your kid won't stop crying and they have to come find you :/ but that's another story)!

2. I started drinking Herbalife shakes, like seriously this time. I knew if I wanted to shed the pounds I had to change my eating habits. Herbalife takes the guessing factor out of meals. I know that I'm having 2 shakes a day and 1 meal. I don't have to worry about figuring out 3 healthy meals.

3. I started using to track calories. It's simply amazing how fast calories add up. Once I realized how much I was putting in my body I knew I needed to pump the brakes.

**Bonus** Once I lose the weight, my hubby is going to buy me the Louie Vuitton Neverfull that I've been lusting after! I can't wait!

OKAY, so here it is, my results from my last weigh in: 163 

I'm down 1lb from my first weigh in. I was a little down about my results but my husband picked me up. He reminded me that a pound is a pound. So I will continue to workout and eat right and hopefully I'll hit my goal in no time!
